Curated by Georgina Scott, The Ambient Mass is a temporary installation from sound artist Jon Law and spatialist Daniel Tollady, continuing their research into an audible spatiality, or the productive tensions inherent in the juxtaposition of ambient sound and architectural sculpture. These tensions are to be found in the sculpture's assumed fixity and the sound's fluidity, functioning as a spiritual successor to their previous installations All Things Vibrations (2014) in the Brewery Tap Project Space, Folkestone, and ATV_0.2//RESO (2016) in the CAOS Gallery in Venice, Italy.
