Well, we're only 10 days away from the launch of the 2011 Folkestone Triennial 'A Million Miles from Home'. This year's Triennnial is featuring 19 artworks by internationally renowned artists including Martin Creed, Cornelia Parker and Cristina Iglesias.
The Triennial launch weekend is packed full of events for you to get involved with including Fireworks on the Harbour at 22.30 on Friday 24th June, street theatre and music for all ages from 11.00 to 16.00 on the Stade on Saturday 25th June plus the Fringe Fair at the Cube, the Inferential Grin exhibition in Rendezvous Street and the Summer Arts, Crafts and Food Fair on the Stade on the Sunday.
